Return or Refund  Policy

  • All goods must be checked for damages or defects at the time of delivery, in the presence of the delivery personnel. No claims will be entertained thereafter.
  • All audio visual products, eg tv's has to be tested on delivery, by the delivery personnel. Should customers request NOT to have the tv tested, damages or defects will be their own responsibility and no exchanges will be entertained.
  • Damaged or defected goods must be returned immediately and a "Returns Form" must be filled and signed by the customer. 1(one) copy must be kept by the customer for reference.
  • We have a 7 (seven) days return policy. A handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the invoiced total. Goods must be unused and boxed. Collection fee will be charged.
